Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Krucial Rapid Response. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer service and communication via phone, text, or email – inbound and outbound
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications from multiple databases, social media, job boards
  • Place clinical and non-clinical candidates for temporary/short-term positions and travel or local contracts
  • Maintain oversight and ensure all recruiting efforts are exhausted for assigned orders
  • Build and maintain pipeline of prequalified candidates and propose them to all matching open orders – assigned or unassigned
  • Collect credentials and maintain candidate compliance in adherence with organization and/or client credentialing requirements
  • Facilitate the hiring process including interviewing and screening qualified candidates, quoting pay packages, securing required documentation, negotiating employment terms, and onboarding new candidates
  • Data entry into our multiple computer systems
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Serve as point of contact for candidates during the selection process and while on contract
  • Maintain schedules of personnel on local and travel contracts
  • Maintain and grow pool of working personnel through extending working staff and placing new candidates
  • Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices while maintaining industry specific knowledge

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field desired, or equivalent in years of related experience on the job.
  • 1 Year minimum experience in Healthcare Recruitment of clinical candidates.
  • Healthcare Staffing Agency experience required.
  • Must have demonstrated working knowledge of proper interviewing techniques and the general applicant screening process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective communication, both orally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Independent decision making ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive work and candidate relationships.

Equipment Used:

  • Applicant Tracking Systems experience
  • Computer based phone systems
  • Microsoft: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other computer software experience
  • Various social media platforms
