Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technician to join our team at Randolph Hospital. As a Medical Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of laboratory tests, providing vital information to physicians to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and confirm the accuracy of patients' laboratory tests
  • Provide findings to physicians to assist in diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • M.T. (ASCP) certification with B.S. degree or M.L.T. (ASCP) certification with A.S. degree, or M.T. (AMT) HEW certified
  • 1 to 2 years generalist laboratory experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge in all areas of the clinical laboratory
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
