Wastewater Treatment Specialist

The Wastewater Treatment Technician is a key member of our operations team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective treatment of wastewater. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Complete work sheets and forms accurately and efficiently
- Assist with evaluating samples and performing basic laboratory tests
- Operate and maintain wastewater processing equipment, including pumps, filters, and vessels
- Identify and report operating anomalies to the Operations Supervisor or Maintenance Department
- Conduct routine cleanings and maintenance of the wastewater treatment process
- Wastewater certification preferred
- 1 year experience as a Waste Water Treatment Technician
- High School diploma/GED
- Formal training in higher level of education preferred
