Job Summary:

As a Senior Phlebotomist at Cynet Systems, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and process blood samples from patients, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
• Label and process specimens according to established protocols, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the laboratory for analysis.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate patient information and specimen handling.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory procedures and technologies.

Requirements:

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in a fast-paced laboratory or hospital setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
