About the Job

As a Direct Support Professional at EIHAB Human Services, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
  • Transport individuals to appointments, programs, and recreational activities.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in caregiving, preferably in a residential setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Current employee physical examination on file.
