Position Overview

We are in search of a committed and meticulous Manager to become part of our Corporate Accounting Group.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in accounting or finance, coupled with 4 to 5 years of pertinent industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee and reconcile financial records in accordance with GAAP standards.
  • Manage accounting for corporate-level investments and initiatives.
  • Assist with the accounting of cash and incentive compensation.
  • Support organizational structure and position management.
  • Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Collaborate with teams to collect data for financial planning.
  • Employ Excel skills for comprehensive data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
  • Communicate financial insights effectively across departments.
  • Assist in daily operations and various projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Proficient in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented approach to financial reporting.
  • Experience with Workday or Adaptive Planning is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data.
