We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at DFS Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand and a critical link between our products and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide luxury customer service and build customer loyalty and relationships
  • Sell products via the best customer experience, including assisting customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise
  • Complete customer transactions in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify customer temperaments and recommend products that suit their style
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner
  • Assist other sales staff in peak periods to ensure customers are attended to promptly
  • Maintain floor presentation and ensure stock levels meet or exceed brand and company requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 1-2 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in fashion, customer service, or hospitality services
  • Comfortable with one-on-one elevated customer service and clienteling
  • Familiar with using POS terminals and accurate transaction handling
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
