Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Associate to join our team. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Maintain the highest level of customer service, providing personalized support and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Rebag's values and mission, embodying our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and designer brands to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Store Operations: Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met, process online purchase orders, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
