Professional Land Surveyor

Blew & Associates, a leading national firm specializing in land surveying, engineering, and environmental services, is seeking a highly skilled Professional Land Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage a team of survey technicians, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Conduct thorough research at local, county, and state levels to identify potential project constraints and develop effective solutions.
- Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and other materials to determine project feasibility and develop strategies for successful project completion.
- Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and operations teams to provide status updates, discuss challenges, and address plan revisions.
- A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the state of Georgia is required, with additional state licensure a plus.
- Field and office experience in land surveying is essential, with a strong attention to detail.
- A proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating new revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and the ability to take direction and grow with the company.
- A proven track record of leading and growing a team.
- Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work remotely are essential for success in this role.
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is required, with proficiency in Quickbase to log job statuses a plus.
