Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for supervising surveying field crews and staff, overseeing the preparation of land development surveys, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage surveying field crews and staff to ensure efficient and accurate data collection.
  • Oversee the preparation of land development surveys, including ALTA, boundary, topographic, and utility surveys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and precision in survey data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering.
  • 6 years of experience in land surveying, mapping, or geomatics.
  • LSIT (Land Surveyor in Training) certification.

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and/or MicroStation OpenRoad.
  • Experience as a party chief.
