- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to develop and enhance client understanding of project Best Practice, project timelines, tasks, client commitment, risk/issue impacts and mitigation.
- Monitor own work for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Share knowledge to project teams, clients, and drive process change with clients and within a team.

- Understand project deliverables and level of effort to complete.
- Participate in strategic planning with clients or utilize project knowledge in the statement of work development process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Nursing background preferred.
- 7+ years of experience with OE Order Set builds, Evidence-Based Order Sets (EBOS) maintenance, and clinical processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.
- Intermediate to expert ability to work in Office suite products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point.
- Strong documentation skills, organization skills, and ability to interact with team members cross-functionally.
- Creates deliverables independently.
- Provides coaching and technical and functional guidance on specific project deliverables.
- Leads in communicating requirements to development, testing, education and training teams.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- A sense of responsibility and accountability; someone who takes ownership and initiative.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation.
