  • Monitor own work for accuracy and thoroughness.

  • Prioritize tasks and assist peers with task identification and documentation.
  • Understand project deliverables and level of effort to complete.
  • Participate in strategic planning with clients or utilize project knowledge in the statement of work development process.

  • Analyze data from the enterprise perspective and map orders for each facility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Nursing background preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience with OE Order Set builds, Evidence-Based Order Sets (EBOS) maintenance, and clinical processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.
  • Intermediate to expert ability to work in Office suite products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point.
  • Strong documentation skills, organization skills, and ability to interact with team members cross-functionally.
  • Creates deliverables independently.
  • Provides coaching and technical and functional guidance on specific project deliverables.
  • Leads in communicating requirements to development, testing, education and training teams.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • A sense of responsibility and accountability; someone who takes ownership and initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation.
