About the Role

As a Business Development Manager with C.A. Fortune, you will lead all new client partnership conversations to drive sustainable financial growth through revenue boosts and strong relationships.

  • This position is ideal for someone who can multitask, collaborate effectively, and identify business needs to offer impactful solutions.
  • The successful candidate should possess negotiation skills, meet deadlines, and be highly organized with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all new client partnership conversations from initial pipeline entry to deal closure, including:

  • Proactively qualifying new leads through established vetting processes
  • Developing strategic partnership proposals customized to client needs
  • Conducting research on partnership opportunities to understand size and align scope of services
  • Leading capabilities presentations in-person or virtually

You will also analyze trends across categories to identify high-value new client prospects, promote company services while addressing clients' business needs, and lead contract creation and negotiation processes.

Maintain accurate records within CRM platforms, communicate aspects of new client partnerships to various stakeholders, and travel up to 50% of the time (including industry shows, client meetings, team trainings, and leadership trainings).

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
