Business Growth Strategist for Healthcare Market

Tephra is seeking an accomplished Business Development Lead to spearhead growth and transformation within our Market Unit. This pivotal role involves driving and executing Business Development strategies to acquire target clients across various industries.
This sales-oriented position aims to secure new clients by leveraging Tephra's comprehensive portfolio of services while collaborating with market development, solutions teams, and industry experts to generate demand and capture qualified opportunities.
- Develop novel business prospects and major deals for the Health Care vertical.
- Understand client industries and businesses in the Health Care sector.
- Foster partnerships between Tephra's ecosystem and new clients through innovation-led collaborations.
- Promote positive and scalable impacts on clients' businesses via Tephra's services and solutions.
- Establish cross-functional relationships with CXOs and drive overall market momentum for Tephra in identified markets.
- Achieve growth targets, originate deals, acquire new logos through proactive-demand generation, consultative selling, and thought leadership throughout the buying journey.
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 12-15 years of total sales experience, with a significant portion in the Health Care vertical.
- Experience working in a leading IT services/consulting firm, collaborating with global teams preferred.
- Direct industry experience working in Healthcare companies is desirable.
Salary Range: $180,000-$220,000 per year
