Position Overview:

Collaboration with Fleet management, Fleet ordering, Revenue Management, Marketing, and other internal teams, as well as external vendors, is essential. The responsibilities of this role significantly influence financial outcomes, SOX compliance, fleet procurement, marketing strategies, operational planning, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure systematic, accurate, efficient, and timely processing of all New Vehicle Offers.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings across departments, ensuring follow-up on task completion.
  • Conduct year-over-year analysis of New Vehicle offers.
  • Perform market research for vehicle options and color combinations to optimize residual values.
  • Update and monitor Fleet Procurement documentation as necessary.
  • Engage with external vendors for relevant information that may affect our systems or business requirements.
  • Create and prepare reports for various analytics accurately and promptly.
  • Regularly audit processes, data, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Generate consistent reports and insights regarding contract compliance, unit count accuracy, and fleet-related financial metrics.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the New Vehicle offer verification workflow.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is required.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, along with knowledge of rental or business fleets and/or the automotive sector.
  • Familiarity with Fleet Systems (Oracle, EAM, FOS), external automotive data sources, and asset management processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and vendors.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Comfortable extracting data from various systems and presenting it effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Functional knowledge and experience with reporting tools; Tableau experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, make decisions, and implement solutions.
  • Ability to apply analytical skills to assess user needs and requirements.
  • Capacity to manage multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated innovative thinking and execution capabilities.
