Business Analyst

About the Role:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and providing people-related data and analytical support to the organization. This role requires strategic partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, HR Leadership Team, overall HR team, outside counsel, and consultants to achieve HR and company goals.

The person in this role will partner to develop and run Human Resources analytics. This includes collecting data from all Hertz systems, conducting trend analyses, both quantitative and qualitative, and solving complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches.

The Business Analyst will work with business leaders to develop standard key performance indicators, to identify effectiveness in Human Resources processes and programs. They will also document, communicate, and support leaders on the implementation of long-term and short-term reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support the implementation of industry-leading people reporting processes.
• Collect data from all Hertz systems and conduct trend analyses.
• Solve complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
• Work with business leaders to develop standard key performance indicators.
• Document, communicate, and support leaders on the implementation of long-term and short-term reporting.

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience with a proven track record of success in People Analytics, Project Management, Data Analytics, HR Data Analytics, or Workforce Planning.
• Bachelor's degree, required.
• Degree in a quantitative field with an emphasis on predictive modeling, preferred.
• Experience with HR Data using Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, and BI Publisher.
• Expert Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to provide analytics, identify trends, communicate present insights from data.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.
