Job Summary

The Revenue Management Coordinator is a key role within the Revenue Management organization, responsible for executing short-term actions that meet minimum operational criteria. This position involves working closely with the Yield Management team to identify booking anomalies and escalating instances to the appropriate Revenue Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute immediate yield actions for Airport and Off-Airport locations.
  • Follow capacity guidelines and input any needed changes.
  • Monitor the performance of CMS, RMS, and RM, and alert the team of any system issues.
  • Report on the performance of short-term actions, including realized utilization levels and potential lost revenue.
  • Learn to identify patterns and issues related to the yield management process.
Requirements
  • Senior-level student actively pursuing a university degree in a relevant field, including Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, Revenue, or Hospitality Management.
  • 1-2+ years of previous job experience.
  • Experience and proficiency in learning detailed systems.
