Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and thank all customers as they enter and exit the space, providing prompt and attentive service throughout their visit.
  • Order Taking: Take guest orders in a timely and accurate manner, using our Point of Sale system.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare espresso drinks and other beverages to order, adhering to all recipes and quality standards.
  • Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or related environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet guest needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
