Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Field EHS Specialist to join our team in Lancaster, PA. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HSE support to operations, identify and report site-specific safety issues, and assist with resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Implement company policies and procedures, including HASP, JSA, and PPE.
- Assess jobsites and facilities for hazards and assist management with corrective actions.
- Participate in training program development and assist with development and maintenance of SOPs, HASPs, JSAs, etc.
- Conduct site observations and monitoring, and provide direct support to project operations.
- Previous DOT regulation experience.
- Strong working knowledge of DOT OSH, EPA, and related safety rules, regulations, and standards.
- Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, CWA, and related environmental standards is a plus.
- Occupational health, safety, or related educational degree or related experience required.
