Job Title: Supervisor, Safety

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Supervisor to join our team at DSV Air & Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a safety-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
