Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes.

About the Role:
  • As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will work with clients in their homes to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • You will conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education to clients and their families on proper care and management techniques.
  • Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join us.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Implement treatment plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
  • Educate clients and their families on proper care and management techniques.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
