Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Montgomery County, Maryland. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality care to seniors in their homes, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans, collaborating with nursing staff as needed.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Qualifications:
  • Current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
