Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in the Cabin John, Maryland area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to work with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to promote client independence and mobility.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and care plans accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Current MD Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
