Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Controls Sales Representative to join our team at Textrol Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Previous experience in sales, particularly in the industrial controls sector, is preferred but not required. Technical training and support will be provided.
Our company offers a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential, resulting in an estimated total compensation of up to $120,000 or more in the first year. Benefits include paid time off, a generous retirement plan, bonuses, and an auto allowance.
