The Executive Search Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the team's senior executive search leadership and consultative services across the NBCUniversal global enterprise. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to execute 5-star client service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a high-touch recruitment experience for both candidates and clients throughout the search process.
- Manage interview coordination, including constructing itineraries, arranging travel, and handling reimbursement requests.
- Manage general content, requisition, and candidate tracking data in NBCU's Applicant Tracking System and the team's customized Content Management System.
- Draft and post role descriptions, ensuring compliance standards are met.
- Own the initial New Hire Onboarding process, including preparation of offer/transfer letters and contracts.
- Prepare status reports and client presentations, as assigned.
- Collaborate with Coordinator Teams across offices on reporting and group best practices.
- Provide calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, and other administrative support.
- Assist in office management tasks, such as securing space for visiting team members and planning team offsite events.
- Partner with team members across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Diversity & Inclusion on project-specific assignments.
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute 5-star client service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise excellent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Keen sense of collaboration and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of computer literacy and ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Strong grasp of various applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
