Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage the service profit and loss (P/L) for assigned branches.
  • Forecast manpower requirements and prioritize customer calls effectively.
  • Ensure timely completion of customer calls and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Review financial reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the procurement of parts and supplies.
  • Maintain open communication with customers and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage fleet, parts, and materials inventory, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles, including service hour estimation and labor forecasting.
  • Proficiency in managing P/L and demonstrated business acumen.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a diverse and multi-discipline workforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to forge strong working relationships with customers.
