Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to cultivate and sustain trust-based relationships while effectively understanding customer needs. You will utilize customer and market insights to devise and prioritize sales strategies that resonate with key dental professionals and office staff, ultimately enhancing the sales and utilization of Kulzer products.

  • Facilitate and deliver training on Kulzer products through collaborative efforts with distributor representatives, individual presentations, group sessions, sales meetings, and trade shows.
  • Continuously engage in research to maintain a thorough understanding of Kulzer products, market segments, competitor offerings, industry trends, dental techniques, new product launches, promotional activities, and advanced selling skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company’s systems while ensuring an adequate inventory of literature, stock packages, and promotional materials.
  • Demonstrate strong transactional selling abilities, including cold calling, product demonstrations, pitching, and effective account management.
  • Show proven sales experience and a track record of success in a B2B sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required.
  • Residence within the designated territory is essential.
