Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our esteemed team at Heritageparkrapids. This is a full-time role that requires availability for rotating weekends and holidays. The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses the supervision, coordination, and mentorship of nursing staff providing care to residents, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor will:

  • Oversee adherence to campus policies, state and federal regulations, and nursing care standards.
  • Coordinate comprehensive resident care from admission through discharge, collaborating with various departments and providers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and delegate tasks within the nursing team's scope of practice.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments while continuously monitoring residents' health status.
  • Directly manage nursing department personnel, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.

Additional Duties:

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor will also:

  • Train and mentor staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan, assign, and oversee work tasks, conducting performance evaluations and addressing any staff concerns.
  • Ensure the safety of both residents and staff, promptly addressing safety hazards and enforcing infection control protocols.
  • Document and communicate care-related information in accordance with nursing best practices and facility policies.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation in collaboration with support staff.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
