Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with organizational leadership to pinpoint critical KPIs that will propel the business forward.
- Utilize business data and statistical techniques to gain insights into operational performance by developing and monitoring KPIs from diverse sources.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and document business workflows, identifying necessary data to optimize operations.
- Act as a DOMO expert - linking data sources, preparing datasets, and constructing impactful dashboards in partnership with management.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to grasp their business challenges and devise data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to the scoping and goal-setting of data projects throughout the organization.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to validate data accuracy across various sources.
- Propose solutions aimed at mitigating issues and enhancing profitability.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as required.
- Assist in the Monthly Operating Review for production facilities.
- Support the monthly forecasting process.
- Facilitate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Perform root cause analyses and identify corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
- 3-5 years of experience in operational and manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools.
- Proven track record in developing KPIs and models to support business objectives.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
