Associate-Level Business Analyst

Location: Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Contract: 12-18 Month Contract (Conversion to FTE expected)

Pay Range: $25-30/hr DOE


Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our analytics team, focusing on our product portfolio dedicated to Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) and 5G mobile products. As a member of this expanding team, you will contribute to valuable projects, learn essential analytics skills, and support efforts related to product insights and enhancements.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new product features and enhancements.
  • Assist in coordinating projects, ensuring alignment across teams and effective communication of objectives and progress.
  • Utilize Tableau to automate reporting processes and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Learn and apply analytics fundamentals to analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies for product development and optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends related to MVNO and 5G technologies to enhance your understanding and impact on the product portfolio.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic understanding of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau (experience is a plus but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • No professional experience required; we value a “go-getter” attitude and a strong desire to learn.
