Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Ensure safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and sanitation, as well as in-stock product availability
  • Direct the Patriot Caf, Patriot Retail, and/or Patriot Brew in the VA Medical Center
  • Ensure day-to-day compliance to operational standards
  • Manage inventory control, labor costs, and budgets
  • Develop and implement local promotional programs
  • Supervise assigned personnel and provide guidance and support
  • Report to the General Manager

Requirements:

  • Prior inventory management, supply cost, and shrinkage controls, as well as P&L management experience
  • Ability to assess business needs and problem-solve
  • Hands-on leadership with a strong focus on service and hospitality
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft applications
  • Experience with POS systems and ServSafe certification
  • Associate degree preferred, but not required, in Business, Hospitality, or Management
