Duties:

  • Facilitate and optimize the Agile Release Train to ensure effective coordination, communication, and delivery of value across multiple teams.
  • Lead the agile transformation and promote agile maturity.
  • Mentor and coach Scrum Masters.
  • Guide design and technology maturity constraints of the system in line with customer and stakeholder value streams.
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value in the Agile Release Train using various tools and methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully execute one or more Release Trains composed of multiple Scrum teams to support the delivery of strategic technology products.
  • Collaborate with relevant individuals to translate business strategy into technology strategy.
  • Act as an advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
  • Work on complex technical problems and provide innovative and ingenious solutions.
  • Escalate and track key ART metrics, including impediments and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Agile leadership experience with proven Agile and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification strongly preferred.
