Agile Release Train Optimization Specialist
Duties:
- Facilitate and optimize the Agile Release Train to ensure effective coordination, communication, and delivery of value across multiple teams.
- Lead the agile transformation and promote agile maturity.
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters.
- Guide design and technology maturity constraints of the system in line with customer and stakeholder value streams.
- Manage and optimize the flow of value in the Agile Release Train using various tools and methods.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully execute one or more Release Trains composed of multiple Scrum teams to support the delivery of strategic technology products.
- Collaborate with relevant individuals to translate business strategy into technology strategy.
- Act as an advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
- Work on complex technical problems and provide innovative and ingenious solutions.
- Escalate and track key ART metrics, including impediments and execution.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Agile leadership experience with proven Agile and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification strongly preferred.
