JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering administrative support to the management team. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The Administrative Assistant will also engage in collaborative efforts with various departments and manage special projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including schedule management and travel coordination with minimal oversight.

H. Plan and coordinate departmental events and activities, ensuring successful execution.
I. Participate in cost management initiatives through effective resource allocation and supply management.
J. Assist in clerical functions related to budgeting and invoice processing.
K. Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for easy access to information.
L. Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, greeting visitors, and facilitating communication between departments.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Some post-secondary education or vocational training in administrative support or related fields is preferred.
