About the Role:
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled and friendly Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, music, and cleanliness meet our high standards.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our community.
- Welcome and support the hospitality of our Sunrise community, providing an overview of community information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to maintain organized records.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
