Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized product recommendations
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new releases and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to store goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience; leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
