Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Data Conversion Lead

Planet Technology is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Data Conversion Lead to join our team. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a duration of 7 months, with remote work options and occasional travel to the Irvine, CA area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of mock conversions, including cutover from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Manage the creation and updates of technical designs, build processes, and unit testing for data conversions.
  • Collaborate with clients to confirm data validations and reconciliation, and work with offshore teams to modify programs.
  • Proactively remove blockers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, including data conversion performance and data quality challenges.
  • Provide technical oversight to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Manage JIRA tasks, risks, decisions, and follow-ups with various stakeholders for closure.
  • Maintain confluence page updates, status trackers, and send status emails to relevant stakeholders during mock conversion events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Strong project management skills to maintain high standards of work product governance.
  • Experience managing timelines, resources, and priorities while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster client relationships, handle day-to-day interactions, and navigate challenging conversations with tact.
  • Strong emotional intelligence to manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Adaptable with a commitment to client success through proactive problem-solving and thoughtful guidance.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Effective in collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • HCM Data Conversion tools, Project Management, Collaboration, and Communication with internal and external team members.
