JSG is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst to join our team in Orange County, CA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and administering our human resource information systems (HRIS) with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud HCM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and administer HRIS systems with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Collaborate with the HR functional team to define requirements and lead the system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle HCM modules.
  • Participate in HRIS upgrades, patches, fixes, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Provide level 2 support to Associates in technical matters related to HRIS.
  • Develop user training materials and maintain documentation for your work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Core HR and multiple of the following modules within Oracle Cloud HCM: Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Help Desk, Absence.
  • 3-7 years of proven work experience as HRIS analyst or similar role.
  • Expertise in writing complex SQLs preferred.
  • Experience in writing Fast Formula preferred.
  • Understanding of quantitative/qualitative measurement and data/system design principles.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with a programming language and PL/SQL preferred.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills.
  • Ability to work independently under a general guidance.
  • Experience with a Project Management Tool or certifications as HRIS analyst preferred.
