Position Title: HRIS Systems Analyst

Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Core HR along with proficiency in various Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance, and Absence Management
  • At least 7 years of cumulative experience in Information Systems
  • Proficient in crafting complex SQL queries
  • Advanced skills in developing Fast Formulas
  • Strong understanding of data/system design principles and measurement techniques
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with programming languages and PL/SQL is advantageous
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Experience utilizing project management tools

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system maintenance, including reviewing, testing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM systems across various modules. Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to facilitate application upgrades and fixes. Maintain HRMS system tables and document processes and outcomes. Configure, develop, and independently manage Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Provide production support by investigating and resolving HRMS issues, unexpected results, or process discrepancies. Perform scheduled tasks and recommend solutions or alternative methods to fulfill requirements.
  • Enhance HRIS processes by integrating software and systems to create a cohesive and automated workflow.
