We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our projects by providing expert resource management and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of program objectives, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools and processes to support tactical planning and execution.
  • Provide data analysis and metrics reporting to inform business decisions and drive project success.
  • Collaborate with program management office and technical leaders to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting or leading recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or onboarding and offboarding initiatives.
  • Experience with data entry, database maintenance, data tracking, analysis, and metrics reporting.
  • Experience leading projects and applying excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to exhibit strong organizational, task, and time management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity to provide recommendations to solve business problems.
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating subcontractor or teammate staffing.
  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed team, including at OCONUS locations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
