Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and training to staff in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Benchmark policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans for each client.
- Manage staff scheduling in accordance with staffing requirements.
- Oversee financial management for the house budget and individual client accounts as outlined in the ISP.
- Attend agency and departmental meetings, client appointments, and lead specific client and staff meetings.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support and respond to client and house needs.
- Complete necessary documentation on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis as mandated by Benchmark and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is required.
- Prior experience in a residential care setting is preferred.
