Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and training to staff in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Benchmark policies.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans for each client.
  • Manage staff scheduling in accordance with staffing requirements.
  • Oversee financial management for the house budget and individual client accounts as outlined in the ISP.
  • Attend agency and departmental meetings, client appointments, and lead specific client and staff meetings.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support and respond to client and house needs.
  • Complete necessary documentation on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis as mandated by Benchmark and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is required.
  • Prior experience in a residential care setting is preferred.
