**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Centers. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with our waxing technicians and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including our exclusive Comfort Wax and 4-step waxing process.

  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
