Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that the club is maintained in a clean and organized manner, including the parking lot and cart areas.
  • Assist members with their purchases, including loading and unloading items from their vehicles.
  • Operate cash registers and process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer member questions and provide recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
