We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Food and Beverage team at one of our esteemed country clubs. As a Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing member experiences, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase food and beverage sales and revenue.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, including forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with Member committees to design and implement member events and activities.
  • Train and develop a high-performing team of Food and Beverage staff.
  • Recruit and select top talent to join our team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Club Management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Level 1 Sommelier Certification (preferred).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and social media.
