Job Summary

The Pines Catholic Camp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations in the Dining Hall. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires nights and weekends during some periods of the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the needs of various groups, including children, teenagers, and adults.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.
  • Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards.
  • Provide accommodations for campers and staff with dietary restrictions.

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends during some periods of the year.
