Director of Culinary Operations

Job Summary
The Pines Catholic Camp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations in the Dining Hall. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires nights and weekends during some periods of the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to the needs of various groups, including children, teenagers, and adults.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.
- Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards.
- Provide accommodations for campers and staff with dietary restrictions.
Requirements

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work nights and weekends during some periods of the year.
