  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and abilities of team members, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency of the Boat Service department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a retail boating or similar industry, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proficiency in PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, and data-based management systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
