The Maintenance Operations Director will be responsible for leading, developing, managing, and executing all maintenance initiatives for a custom manufacturer of quality food products. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, this role will oversee a team of five maintenance technicians and engineers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience leading, developing, managing, and executing all aspects of maintenance while managing the overall day-to-day activities of the Maintenance department
  • Experience meeting the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for the Maintenance department
  • Experience maintaining equipment, parts inventory, and managing the PM, OEE, TEE, TPM, etc.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and continuously improving all standard operating procedures as they relate to maintenance programs (predictive and preventative)
  • Experience in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 15+ years of related hands-on experience
  • 10+ years of industrial manufacturing environment experience - Food, Chemical, or Plastics industry experience a plus
  • 5+ years of leadership experience and the ability to perform the essential functions
  • Lean, Six Sigma failure mode and effect analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Must be computer savvy, detailed-oriented, have strong self-confidence and leadership skills
