About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Comeketo Brazilian Steakhouse. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
