Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive to join our sales team in growing a sales territory focused on the Multi-Family market. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for profitably growing sales by prospecting new accounts and increasing opportunities with existing core customers.

About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of prior outside sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving ability. You will also need to have valid driver's license and insurable; own reliable transportation required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and develop new business opportunities through creative prospecting
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with follow-up on a scheduled basis
• Measure floor plans and provide pricing leveraging technology to create custom bids
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets
• All other job duties as assigned

What We Offer:
• Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft products
• Flooring knowledge is a plus
