We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Field Representative to join our team at Doosan Bobcat. As a key member of our organization, you will provide technical support and training to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support for our forklift trucks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide product support and technical assistance to customers within assigned territories.
- Support internal departments with service-related inquiries or projects.
- Conduct training sessions for Dealer Accounts service representatives to enhance their product knowledge and skills.
- Enter all relevant calls into the Service Call Center and follow up on territory issues on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing activities to the general manager.
- Review high-dollar warranty claims with the warranty department and provide updated technical information to Dealer Accounts.
- Communicate effectively with internal partners via message systems.
- Associate's degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in the product support field, preferably with material handling equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge and product expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
- Effective negotiation and business acumen.
- Ability to make sound, timely decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- MS Office Suite proficiency and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The work environment is typically loud.
