Job Overview

AB Hires and Consulting is seeking an experienced NHTD Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Brooklyn. As a leading home care organization, we provide comprehensive healthcare services to thousands of families across New York.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) program, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Maintain and update program records, databases, and files, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents, utilizing strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for participants, families, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with the intake and enrollment process for new participants, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in policies and regulations related to the NHTD program, applying knowledge to inform program development and improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or homecare setting, with a strong understanding of program operations and management.
  • Knowledge of the NHTD program and related healthcare services is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with experience in data management and analysis.
