Professional Services Coordinator

LH Global Consulting seeks a reliable and results-driven individual to serve as a Customer Service Professional, supporting our tax and accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with tax professionals to schedule client appointments and manage their calendars.
- Prepare and distribute client documentation, including tax returns and financial statements.
- Process client payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to client problems and concerns.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the office by performing general administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.
Necessary Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar field.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential client information.
Compensation: Estimated salary range: $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: Full-time, standard office hours with occasional overtime during peak periods.
